OPEN HOUSE 2025 in BREMEN
In March 2025, KOCKS welcomed visitors to its 2-day Open House event in Bremen, providing exclusive insights into its manufacturing and technology. The program featured in-depth presentations on the KOCKS product portfolio, a guided factory tour showcasing core components “Made in Germany,” and discussions on the latest advancements in rolling technology.
A key focus was the evolution of KOCKS 3-roll blocks, from intermediate block applications to tailor-made solutions for high-quality long products. Highlights included innovations in automation and digital solutions such as Remote Control 3.0, BAMICON Octopus, the 4D EAGLE S for advanced quality assurance, and next-generation water boxes enabling precise thermomechanical rolling.
A major milestone was also celebrated: the completion of the 1,000th heavy-duty rolling stand built by KOCKS—an achievement reflecting the dedication and expertise of the team in Bremen. Additionally, visitors experienced the first traversing Reducing & Sizing Block (tRSB®) test-assembled in the workshop.
The Open House once again highlighted the core of KOCKS: people, culture, and technology. These elements form the foundation of reliable solutions and strong partnerships that continue to shape the future of rolling.
